What is Circuit Training?

This is a fantastic flexible way for indiciduals or groups to improve all round fitness. It traditionally consists of a number of stations that are performed for a set duration in rotation. The exercises are basic and quick to learn but really get the heart going and muscles working hard. A really great calorie burner.
